TERMS OF USE (TOU)

WELCOME TO MAXIUSAGE
We (Maxiusage Pte. Ltd.) hope you find our marketplace useful. By accessing or interacting with our servers, services, website, mobile app ("App"), or any associated content/postings (collectively, "Maxiusage"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("TOU"). If you are accessing or using Maxiusage on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these TOU on behalf of that business. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use Maxiusage.

We may modify these TOU at any time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for checking for updates, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated TOU. Our Privacy Policy, Prohibited Content List, and all other site policies are incorporated into these TOU.

1. LICENSE
If you agree to these TOU and (1) are of legal age and capacity or (2) use Maxiusage on behalf of a business, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-assignable license to use Maxiusage in compliance with these TOU. Unauthorized use is prohibited. You agree not to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on Maxiusage content, excluding content you create and post.

By posting content on Maxiusage, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your content.

2. USE RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:

  • Use automated means (Examples: bots, scrapers) to access Maxiusage.
  • Post misleading, unlawful, or prohibited content.
  • Use Maxiusage to send unsolicited communications.
  • Interfere with Maxiusage operations or user experience.
  • Bypass moderation or security measures.
  • Sell or rent access to Maxiusage without our permission.

We reserve the right to moderate access and use at our discretion, including blocking, filtering, or deleting content/accounts.

3. FEES
Certain Maxiusage services require payment. By using paid services, you authorize us to charge your account. Fees are non-refundable, even for removed, re-categorized, or moderated posts. We reserve the right to refuse any listing.

4. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxiusage Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Maxiusage is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We are not responsible for accuracy, security, reliability, or uninterrupted service.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from or related to your use of Maxiusage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or SGD 100, whichever is less.

5. CLAIMS & INDEMNITY
Any claims arising from Maxiusage shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in Singapore courts.

You agree to indemnify and hold Maxiusage Pte Ltd. harmless from claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your use of Maxiusage.

6. TRADEMARKS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Maxiusage and its associated logos are trademarks of Maxiusage Pte Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these TOU is deemed unenforceable, it shall be modified to the least extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. These TOU constitute the entire agreement between you and Maxiusage.
